Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please, read RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY before making a purchase.
It will take 20 days minimum for the manufacture. We are a sustainable brand; each one of our product is cut and produced in an artisanal way, so they need time for their creation and manufacture. 

Returns

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at receiver´s end as this can vary depending on rules of customs in each country. Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Returns may only be made via gifinas.com

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be within 7 days of receipt merchandise. If you wish to exchange an item, please email us as soon as possible to reserve another item. Items may only be exchanged for other items on Gifinas.com. Initial and returns shipping are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.

All returns and exchanges must be correctly packaged with the original packaging and the order number.

Sale items

Our scarves collection may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty; scarves are considered festive items and our policy states that for party items, no we make exchange or returns.

Leggings, tshirts, swimwears or any item may not be exchanged for another size or color, we only print on demand if you are not sure about your size, please make sure before to make your order or contact us through our email: sales@gifinas.com, to help you using our size guide.

¿Why we don't return or exchange our items unless they are faulty?

We are committed to the enviroment, so we only produce what our customers ask for, our products are cut in an artisanal way, besides we are an ethical and sustainable brand.
